PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient band necessary for memory copy and avoid too much restraint on conflicting user traffic, when performing live migration of a plurality of virtual machines (VM) from a physical machine of a transfer source.;SOLUTION: A schedule determination unit 26 determines an execution order of live migration in a plurality of virtual machines on the basis of at least one of information about VMs and information about traffic in a network, and determines a band control amount of a user traffic band during execution of the live migration so that a variation from the user traffic band before execution of the live migration becomes small.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
