PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an omnidirectional warning light.;SOLUTION: Light-emitting regions are fixed on both surfaces of a light-emitting diode substrate 1, many light-emitting diodes 3 are mounted in the light-emitting regions, and a straight line of a graphic showing the contour of each of the light-emitting regions is made to coincide with a joint side 1a to be one side of each light-emitting diode substrate 1.
