PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an underlying coating film 1 from being turned up after fastening end of an underlying-coated ALC board 2.;SOLUTION: While inserting a self-drilling screw (male screw that performs tapping by itself) 6 into a screw insertion hole 12 of an underlying coating film cutting edge tool 10, the self-drilling screw 6 is threaded through the ALC board 2 into wood parts 3-5, and a head 7 of the self-drilling screw 6 is caused to press the underlying coating film cutting edge tool 10 to the ALC board 2 while being vibrated in an axial direction. Therefore, after an underlying coating film 1 cut out by a blade 13 of the underlying coating film cutting edge tool 10, the underlying coating film cutting edge tool 10 is caused to enter the ALC board 2 while destroying air bubbles of the ALC board 2, and the head 7 is sunk within the ALC board 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
