PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system that, when notification data is generated in response to a change in sensor value, more reliably transmits high-priority notification data to a node and more efficiently transmits notification data at other levels of priority to the node, a method, and a program.;SOLUTION: Notification messages to be transmitted are stored in queues different from one another according to their priority levels.
