PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garnish rounding machine forming a large number of garnishes uniformed in a size.;SOLUTION: This garnish rounding machine includes arranging a plurality of fork units (3) having openable closable two fork bodies above a tray in which Ken (finely chopped vegetable) is previously spread almost uniformly, bringing down the fork bodies until a fork edge reaches the bottom of the tray while opening the fork bodies, and closing the fork bodies of each of the units to fix the Ken by putting between the forks.
