PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terrestrial gastropod repellent and a terrestrial gastropod repelling method which can strongly repel terrestrial gastropods.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a terrestrial gastropod repellent that comprises at least one selected from transfluthrin and cyphenothrin as an active ingredient, and a terrestrial gastropod repelling method that applies the terrestrial gastropod repellent to a repelling target region of terrestrial gastropods.
