PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time payment fund settlement of a logistics company using a third party payment platform.;SOLUTION: A third party payment platform 410 signs a withholding agreement with a logistics company 403 and a logistics agency 405, and establishes separate payment accounts for the logistics company 403 and the logistics agency 405. The logistics company 403 sends a withholding instruction to the third party payment platform 410 upon receiving signature information and goods information from a courier 407 after a buyer has made a payment and signed for an acceptance of goods.
