PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a patient suffering from a disease which is paid attention, electrically.;SOLUTION: A device for extracting a disease patient having property which is paid attention, electrically comprises: a period setting part for setting a deviation period of length of a first period since a receptional month of health checkup of individual, and a remedy count period of length of a second period starting after passing of the deviation period; a first extraction part for extracting the disease patient who suffers from the disease which is paid attention, based on a record of health checkup which was performed immediately before starting of the deviation period; and a second extraction part for setting the deviation period and remedy count period to time series data related to inspection, disease and remedy for every individual, which were created based on the record of health checkup and receipt, and extracting a patient who has received less than a predetermined number of remedy in the remedy count period, among the disease patients extracted by the first extraction part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
