PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make shipment plans for minimizing transportation costs of respective transportation means capable of transporting products to a plurality of shipment destinations fast as the shipment plans being shipment amounts of the products by shipment days and shipment destinations.;SOLUTION: An evaluation function J is represented by the weighted average sum of a shipment period violation amount evaluation value J₁ for an order (product) and a transportation cost evaluation value J₂ for the order (product). As a transportation cost evaluation value J₂, an evaluation value is defined which is obtained by adding values obtained by integrating amounts of money obtained by adding extra charges corresponding to the number of unloading ports (i) of orders (products) loaded on ships to costs needed for the transportation of the ships with respect to ships allocated on all shipment days (j) to values obtained by integrating amounts of money obtained by multiplying quantities of unshipped orders (products) to be unloaded at the same unloading ports (i) by the highest cost among costs needed for the transportation of ships transporting the orders (products) to be unloaded at the unloading port (i) as shipment destinations for all the unloading ports (i).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
