PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation of a covered conductor from a processing line even when lumps are formed on a covered conductor to be subjected to extrusion coating.SOLUTION: A lump cutting device of a covered conductor applied to the processing line of a device for manufacturing a covered conductor by extrusion coating the outer periphery of a core wire with an insulator while conveying the core wire along the processing line includes a cutting section for cutting the lumps of a covered conductor being conveyed along the processing line, and a holding section for holding the cutting section.
