PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel and a soundproof fence comprised of the soundproof panel in which the soundproof panel can be mounted to a post and exchanged safely and easily, furthermore, the appearance of the soundproof fence is prevented from deteriorated and moreover, manufacturing costs can be reduced.;SOLUTION: In a soundproof panel comprising a panel body 1 in which a front panel 2, a back panel 3 and a side panel 4 are box-shaped in such a manner that a longitudinal cross section is formed in a parallelogram shape and a top face 1a and a bottom face 1b are inclined upward to the front panel 2, respectively.
