PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glare shield sheet where both of scintillation and contrast have good balance and are excellent.;SOLUTION: A glare shield sheet comprises a glare shield layer (12) where a recess and convex surface is formed by a plurality of convex parts formed on at least one surface. The plurality of convex parts comprises a first convex part (12a) and a second convex part (12b).
