PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid absorption liquid having both ability of chemical absorption and physical absorption to carry out a gas separation and refining for separating an acid gas component such as carbon dioxide with high efficiency, a gas separation method and an apparatus for the same.;SOLUTION: The gas separation and refining method is carried out by absorbing the acidic gas component with both mechanisms of the physical absorption and chemical absorption using a hybrid absorption liquid prepared by adding an absorption liquid having a chemical absorption function into an absorption liquid having physical absorption characteristic for the acidic gas such as carbon dioxide. Thereby, the quantity of the absorption liquid used for the treating gas to be absorbed is decreased and heat energy accompanying heat recovery of the acidic gas is reduced by reducing an amount of throughput of chemical absorption and the energy and the cost required in the gas separation and refining are reduced.
