PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective resource management method in a wireless network in which congestion control of data traffic is performed, especially in an EPS (Evolved Packet Core) of an LTE (Long Term Evolution) network.;SOLUTION: In a wireless network, when a Re-ECN (Explicit Congestion Notification) function for congestion control is applied, a policing function (policer) is placed at a base station or an eNodeB whereas a dropping function (dropper) is placed at a gateway or a packet-gateway (P-GW), and specific triggering conditions and operation stages such as signaling are specified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
