PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for moving a net to an indoor space, which facilitates adjustment of a rope length including fine adjustment in suspending, putting up and moving the net to the indoor space and in storing and moving a net, and also to provide a method for suspending, putting up and moving the net to the indoor space, and a method for storing and moving a net.;SOLUTION: A device for moving a net to an indoor space is configured to include: a net to be suspended and put up in an indoor space; a moving rope provided via a pulley to be connected with both upper ends of the net respectively; and winches installed in the opposite position in the space for the purpose of drawing/moving and winding/moving the moving rope. In the upper end side of the net, a suspension and putting up rope which connects the ropes respectively and has a length between the pulleys is provided, and on the side of both ends of the suspension and putting up rope, a stopper which stops winding/moving of the moving rope is provided.
