PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on an operator by outputting a best solution without adjusting the parameters in the trial for converging the solution.;SOLUTION: The power flow calculation device includes a plurality of power flow calculation units for performing power flow calculation on the basis of the system information indicating the state of a power system, by using power flow calculation techniques different from each other, and obtaining a plurality of solutions including at least the voltage and phase angle at each node, a plurality of power mismatch calculation units for calculating power mismatch at each node, respectively, for the plurality of solutions, and a selection unit for selecting one of the plurality of solutions as a best select solution on the basis of the power mismatch for the plurality of solutions and outputting the best select solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
