PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for three-dimensional molding excellent in weatherability, scratch resistance, processability or the like, and to provide a method for manufacturing decorative resin molded products having the properties using the decorative sheet.;SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for three-dimensional forming includes at least a pattern layer, a primer layer (a), a primer layer (b), and a surface protection layer which are sequentially formed on a base film. In the decorative sheet, the surface protection layer is composed of cured material of ionizing radiation-curable resin composition. The primer layer (b) is a layer containing polymer of hindered amine-based light stabilizer having a reactive functional group (A).
