PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate flare rigidity in a state where a reinforcement member is attached.;SOLUTION: Increase of flare rigidity of an outer panel 2 due to attachment of a reinforcement member 4 extending in a predetermined direction, to the outer panel 2 being a panel component, is evaluated. Based on an evaluation variable distance D obtained by adding an attachment position shortest distance dm being the shortest distance to an attachment part of the reinforcement member 4 to the outer panel 2, and an axis position shortest distance dr being the shortest distance to an axis of the reinforcement member 4, relative to an evaluation position set in the outer panel 2, the increase of the flare rigidity at the evaluation position due to the attachment of the reinforcement member 4 is evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
