Method for analyzing, using nuclear magnetic resonance, at least one sample including at least one species to be characterized and a reference species having a content, in the sample, that is more than twice greater than the content of the species to be characterized, the method includes:applying at least one constant field B₀ to the at least one sample;acquiring, using one or more antenna(s), one or more complex free induction decay (FID) signal(s) S(t), with each complex FID signal S(t) including a real part and an imaginary part; with the acquisition step being carried out such that, in each complex FID signal S(t), the amplitude of the signal of the reference species is at least twice greater than the amplitude of the signal of the at least one species to be characterized; andfor each complex FID signal S(t), calculating the module of each complex FID signal S(t).
