The venue finalizes the events and sends a plurality of invitations to the performers and attendees. The venue also posts the event details over the linked networking websites. The venue also receives requests from a plurality of performers to perform at one or more events. The venue selects the list of performers to be performing at a specific event. The venue also finalizes a list of attendees attending the specific event. On the day of event, the venue and the performers dynamically receives updates of the attendees, the performances according to the event timelines.
