A second communication speed setting unit sets a data communication speed of data transmitted and received between the master device and the slave device when the preparation to drive the motor is completed, to a second communication speed lower than the first communication speed. A change notification unit notifies the change of the data communication speed from the first communication speed to the second communication speed to the slave device.
