Describes a system Integrated Sorbent Injection, Heat Recovery and flue gas desulfurization Sorbent is injected into the flow of Dry Air fuel gas heater. This reduces the Dew Point temperature of the acid, thus allowing more thermal energy can be captured when the fuel gas through the Air heater.Then, the fuel gas Desulphurization Unit Crosses and passes through a Filter Bag, containing solids. The recruitment of additional thermal energy can improve the overall performance of the boiler to operate with greater Security at lower temperature of the flue gas.The integrated system is not consumed greater amount of Sorbent than Conventional Methods but also offers the advantage of Better Heat Transfer in the plant.
