The device is intended for remote control and autonomous driving of normally open valves of the radiators of heating systems and is applicable in the field heating technology as a main element in the creation of smart systems for controlling the heating processes in residential and public buildings. With its use, one can achieve recuperation of the energy at the release of the valve spring for achieving minimum electric power consumption for driving the valves. The device consists of a body (1), connected immovably with a valve (2) by a fastening nut (3) and a slide (6), contacting with a valve shank (4), supported by a valve spring (5). To the body (1) is mounted a swivel rocker (8) with a spherical support (7) fixed to one of its arms, which is in contact with the slide (6). To both arms of the rocker (8) are attached wires made of alloys with shape-memory of a closing actuator (9) and opening actuator (10). The ends of the wires of the actuators (9 and 10) are connected with both sides of an upper carrier (11), connected immovably with the body (1). The rocker (8) contains a knee (12), asymmetric to its two arms, to which is mounted a rotating roller (13), in contact with an outer contour (15) and inner contour (16) of a shaped lever (14), which is connected pivotally with the upper carrier (11) and to which is attached a reactive spring (18), connected with the body (1).
