The present invention describes a composition which has a lipolysis promoting effect and an angiotensin converting enzyme (ace) inhibiting effect, is free from any safety problem as a food related to, for example side effect and toxicity and can be taken orally, and foods, beverages and supplements containing the aforementioned composition. As the results of intensive studies in various food materials to provide a food composition having an ellipolysis promoting effect and an ace inhibiting effect, it has been found that a brewer's yeast extract, a young fermented leaf extract, and collagen chicken had an excellent lipolysis promoting effect and an excellent ace inhibitory effect. By the use of the aforementioned composition as the active ingredient, foods, beverages and supplements having a lipolysis promoting effect and an ace inhibiting effect may be provided.
