An anti-tumor agent employing compounds which, in combination, have a kinase inhibiting effect. An anti-tumor agent employing a compound represented by the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with a compound represented by the formula (ii), is disclosed; a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The antitumor agent exhibits a surprising antitumor effect compared to cases where each of the above compounds is used individually. In addition, the antitumor agent exhibits antitumor effect against various cancers.
