Double side support for the use of washers (free weights) in body-building apparatus and physical model understood by a support based on the form of kit, characterized by a body divided into steel, consisting of two plates with cut in the form quadrilu00e1tera (01 - figure 0 8).Pressed between the central plates are two parallel tubular structures positioned vertically, respectively, one on each side (02 - figure 08). The tubes to stabilize the structure of the support in its movement upward and downward in the tubular rails "of the apparatus to which the bracket is connected (03 - figure 08).The structure is suspended by a steel cable attached at the top of the same by a bootstrap type "musket" or pulley, which connect the support to the body of the device.
