The process of producing bioethanol, esperidina and nanocelulose from bagasse, orange. The present invention relates to a process for bioethanol production from waste obtained in industries that process derived from orange. Still, this process can offer other products of interest in the current market, nanocelulose and esperidina.In addition, the present invention is the use of a new cocktail of enzymes for the completion of the hydrolysis step and a new composition of yeasts for the completion of the stage of fermentation of said process.
