The present invention relates to a vector for expression of recombinant proteins, antigens, pathogen-like particles, and immunogenic complexes, said vector (herein called pmrka) being produced by plasmid modification comprising the e7 t7 promoter gene sequence. coli, this modification being characterized mainly by the replacement of the ampicillin resistance gene with the kanamycin resistance gene and the insertion of the even sequence (partition sequence which determines the efficient segregation of plasmids in daughter cells during cell division). furthermore, pmrka-based expression vectors are provided which further comprise at least one of the β-exosome gene sequences. abyssi, these vectors are here named pmrka-exo, pmrka-ring and psumac. Also provided in the present invention are vectors further comprising gene sequences with immunomodulatory / immunoregulatory activity, preferably the pmrka-z-exo and pmrka-z-z-ring vectors. Other aspects of the invention include the method for producing said expression vectors and uses of the obtained vectors.
