In the present invention, there is disclosed a method of preparing three-dimensionally shaped layer of polymeric nanofibers (5) being formed within a spinning space. Here, the polymeric nanofibers (5) deflect during their motion by an air or gas jet in the direction toward the substrate on which they are deposited, whereby they are deflected by a laminar air or gas jet (62) in the direction toward a template (7) with spatially shaped surface, and they are pressed by identical or another laminar jet (62) of air or gas to he surface thereof. Owing to that, the polymeric nanofibers (5) are deposited thereon into a space-shaped layer, which copies the shape of the space-shaped surface of the template (7). The is also disclosed a method of depositing space-shaped layer of polymeric fibers (5) onto a space-shaped surface of a body, wherein the method is characterized in that polymeric nanofibers (5), being formed within a spinning space, are deflected during their motion by an air or gas jet in the direction toward the substrate on which they are deposited.
