The present invention relates to a chamber for parasitological investigation of dust comprising a container (1) of cylindrical shape, having a suction tube (2) and exhaust tube (3) situated of the middle of its height such that the container (1) longitudinal axis (1) is always perpendicular to the direction of the sucked airflow and the centers of the suction tube (2) and the exhaust tube (3) openings are in one line with each other and the suction tube (2) is directly provided with a corresponding end piece (4). A pressure plate (9) for fastening an object slide (12) covered with a fixation solution layer, is disposed between the base plate (7) and the supporting plate (8) wherein two identical springs (10) are inserted on the rods (6) between the base plate (7) and the pressure plate (9). The springs (10) are coupled with the pressure plate (9) that is also inserted on the rods (6). The entire frame (5) retains the object slide (12) in the container (1) axis in a plane perpendicular to the direction of airflow because in the container (1) opposite base plate, there are positioning openings (11) in which, there are inserted free ends of the rods (6) of the completely built-up frame (5).
