In the present invention, there is disclosed an expanded polystyrene molding, particularly shaped expanded polystyrene molding containing 20 to 95 percent by volume recycled polystyrene beads (1) and/or polystyrene crushed material (2) and 5 to 80 percent by volume new polystyrene beads (3), wherein the size of said new polystyrene beads (3) is at least 1/3 less than the size of the recycled polystyrene beads (1) and/or polystyrene crushed material (2), wherein said new polystyrene beads (3) are located in spaces that are made between the recycled polystyrene beads (1) and/or polystyrene crushed material (2), wherein the mixture of the recycled polystyrene beads (1) and/or polystyrene crushed material (2) and the new polystyrene beads (3) is dry at the moment at which it is filled in a mold (4).
