The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to ferroalloy production and can be used in steel smelting production for microalloying and deoxidation of iron-carbon liquid melt. For providing the required working properties of steel, high and stable boron adoption, the proposed alloy for microalloying and deoxidation of steel, comprising boron, silicon, manganese and carbon, further comprises aluminium and barium with the following component ratio, wt.%: boron - 0.5-2.0; silicon - 15-20; manganese - 65-70; carbon - 1.0-2.5; aluminium - 0.1-2.0; barium - 0.1-3.0; the rest - iron.
