The invention relates to increasing the early strength and ultimate strengths of cements of European standards and ASTM standards, for example, Portland cements or CEM cements, and also relates to clinker cements and cements of any type using calcium sulphates to optimize setting and to compose new cements only by New methods of obtaining and introducing sources of calcium sulfate. A new source of calcium sulfate is obtained using low heat treatment temperatures, and the resulting product is correlated with various levels of dehydration, at which they can be most effective for the chosen target. Products formed at these different levels of dehydration are called intermediate dihydrate phases, hemihydrates, or monohydrates. The invention clarifies a well-defined notion of a degree of reactivity that has not been determined by existing scientific knowledge. As a result, it is possible to produce cements with much higher early strengths than are known so far.
