INTERACTION BETWEEN DYNAMIC SPECTRUM POLICY CONTROLLER AND DYNAMIC SPECTRUM CONTROLLER

A Dynamic Spectrum Arbitration (DSA) system may include a Dynamic Spectrum Policy Controller (DPC) and a Dynamic Spectrum Controller (DSC), which together dynamically control the allocation and use of resources (eg, spectrum resources) across different networks. DSC and DPC can be configured to provide communication using a DSAAP protocol, component, or message. For example, the DSC may be configured to receive via the communication line in the DPC using the DSAAP protocol a list of resources that are available for bidding, generate a request request message to execute a request for a resource in the received resource list, and send a request request message to the DPC. The DPC can receive the request request message from the DSC, determine whether the request request message is valid, determine whether the DSC is the winning bidder, and send a win message to the DSC via the communication line using the DSAAP protocol.
