The invention provides a method of treating a patient suffering from a neurodegenerative disorder, for example, Huntington’s disease, comprising administering to the patient razagilin as an additional therapy or in combination with pripidine. The invention also provides packaging and a pharmaceutical composition comprising rasagiline and pridopidine for treating a patient suffering from a neurodegenerative disorder. The invention also provides rasagiline for use as adjunctive therapy, or in combination with pridopidine, for treating a patient suffering from a neurodegenerative disorder. The invention also provides the use of rasagiline and pridopidine in the manufacture of a combination for the treatment of a patient suffering from a neurodegenerative disorder.
