The invention relates to a pair of variants of the CH3 domain of an antibody, to a method for producing them, and to a method for using them, where a mutation is introduced into the CH3 domain, which provides an increased yield of the antibody heterodimer constant region of the heavy chain. The heterodimer of the CH3 domains of the present invention provides for the formation of a heavy chain constant region heterodimer with a high efficiency of between 90% and 95% or more and has excellent thermal stability. A heterodimer of heavy chain constant regions containing a heterodimer of the CH3 domains can be used to construct a bispecific monoclonal antibody that can simultaneously recognize two types of antigens. The heterodimer of the CH3 domains of the present invention, as well as a bispecific antibody or a hybrid protein containing a constant region of an antibody containing said heterodimer, can be successfully used to treat or prevent a disease associated with a target antigen or target protein.
