ANTIBODIES AGAINST NTB-A AND RELATED COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

The present invention provides antibodies, including antibody conjugates with drugs, that can specifically bind to NTB-A. The invention also provides methods for using anti-NTB-A antibodies for detecting or modulating the activity (eg, inhibiting proliferation) of NTB-A-expressing cells, as well as diagnosing or treating diseases or disorders (such as cancer) associated with NTB-A-expressing by cells. In addition, the invention provides a method for treating multiple myeloma using an anti-NTB-A antibody conjugate with a drug, which optionally includes an anti-NTB-A antibody disclosed herein.
