The goal of this invention is to create a new sweet product containing cladonia and chocolate. This will be achieved by going through a specific cooking procedure. First, the cladonia is cleaned and boilt for 30 minutes. Then it is baked in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. After the cladonia has cooled, it is covered with white, dark or milk chocolate and this way a new sweet product with interesting texture and taste is achieved.
