Novelty: there is disclosed a self-acting system aiming, via the storage of wind and photovoltaic energy, at incessant power generation and energetic autonomy. Technical features: the invention is characterized in that it is composed of combined or separate wind-operated engines K1 and photovoltaic generators K2 which engines, being mechanically or electrically connected, set into operation suited air compressors (1,2) compressing air at high pressure; after becoming almost fully dehydrated by absorption-type filters (T1T2), the compressed air is conducted by said air compressors to airproof cisterns and therefrom to another dehydration filter T3 of the same type as well as to suited pressure reducers and various other devices T4 such as a temperature exchanger T5 or, alternatively, an electric resistance; the compressed air can optionally absorb the temperature which has been produced by the operation of the air compressors and, constantly, from the heat pump T7 which is fed by the generated energy so that the volume of the compressed air gets increased and expanded into a suited air motor 5 which is properly equipped for generating energy responsive to the demand; the rotary shaft of the air motor 5 is connected to the shaft of an electric generator 6 at the terminals of which electrically-operated energy and cool air suitable for air conditioning 7 are generated.
