To use, drug strip (1) is pierced by handle (4), inhaler kept in mouth, and knob (8) pressed and inhaled. Plate (11) slides drug hole (12), drug falls on baffle (16), air jet breaks and forms drug spray for more lung deposit. For drugs in capsule, the inhaler is modified with middle placed capsule (26) with a back piercing rod (25).
