摘要

The present invention relates to amphipathic dipeptide comprising α, β-dehydrophenylalanine (∆Phe), an unnatural amino acid at the C-terminus end and a charged amino acid at the N-terminal end wherein said dipeptide forms nanoparticles. The invention also relates to dipeptide based nanoparticles which can form basis for the development of simple peptide based nanostructures for effective drug and gene delivery. The present invention further provides the process for preparing stable amphipathic dipeptide based nanoparticle structures.
