A Generic Mapping Procedure (GMP) mapping method, de-mapping method and device thereof are provided, said mapping method comprises: carrying the Time Slot (TS) information required to be occupied by the (i+n) th GMP block container in the GMP Overhead (GMP OH) of the i th GMP block container (S201); adjusting the (i+n) th GMP block container based on said TS information required to be occupied by the (i+n) th GMP block container (S202); performing GMP mapping to the customer service data to be transmitted based on the adjusted (i+n) th GMP block container (S203). The technical scheme of the embodiment in the present invention provides a triggering mechanism for TS adjustment. As the transmitting side adds the TS information required to be occupied by the GMP block container into the GMP OH of the GMP container, the receiving side can adopt the corresponding de-mapping manner based on the change of the block container, thus realizing the harmless mapping and de-mapping processing to the changeable block container by adopting GMP.
