From the invention revealed that, a novel attempt was made to synthesize two novel compounds based on insilico studies and hybridized with more potent antibacterial Heptoprotective (Eugenol) and bacteriostatic fragments to the pyridine-4-carbohydrazide which leads to effective against resistant strains of mycobacterium tuberculosis with more potent and devoid of toxicities. Particularly with reference to compound 10 and compound 3 showed promising results to overcome those entire problems shooting areas in tuberculosis Chemical Structure C-3
