[Abstract] [Objective] The objective of the present invention is to allow various information such as position information to be registered without requiring a cumbersome facility for a plurality of IMES transmitters. [Solution] The present invention is provided with a control unit (21) a non volatile memory (23) for storing a transmitter number and position information of an IMES transmitter (20) and a data interface (24) wherein the control unit (21) upon input of registration data Dset which associates the transmitter number with the position information from the data interface (24) causes the position information included in the registration data Dset to be stored into the non volatile memory (23) if the transmitter number of the IMES transmitter (20) is included in the registration data Dset and causes the registration data Dset to be transmitted from a transmitter (22) if a transmitter number other than the IMES transmitter (20) is included in the registration data Dset.
