Abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition of (3aR,4S,7R,7aS)-2-{(1 R,2R)-2-[4-( 1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)piperazin-1 ylmethyl]cyclohexyl methyl}hexahydro-4,7-methano-2H-isoindole-l,3-clione hydrochloride and its preparation thereof. The invention further relates to the use of pharmaceutical composition for treating schizophrenia & bipolar disorders.
