ABSTRACT: An automatic water drain for pressurized type filter with water separator is provided. The system includes the inte grated water level sensor to sense the high and low level of water collected, Electrically Energized check valve, DC motor driven geared or diaphragm pump to drain the water, integrated non return valve attached to the outlet of the pump , housing to integrate the all components, and a Discrete / Integrated Control Unit consisting of hardware and software to monitor the water level, system condition, system faults , control the draining of water and communicates with the Engine Control Unit or any other Control Unit in the system.
