PU based automobile light weigth acoustical insulations for automotive applications base material is made from combination of PU Foam systems commercially available , with two or more grades of Polyol,but not limited to and incorporated with suitable grades of Isocyanate and suitable grade of Fire Resistant Chemical in desired proportion, an acoustical absorber of Thermo formable fire resistant PU Foam PCP-EI-0114 of density 15 kg/m3 to 80 kg/m3 is preformed to required geometrical shape as per end part requirement, PU Foam stock formed is allowed to stand for 4 48 hr. Slabs of desired thickness are produced and thermoformed for producing the end part
