Component placement and routing of the connections in multiple rigid and flexible one over another achieved through creative way of design and explored new method of manufacturing. ? Crosstalk and coupling enhanced through proper layer stacking and ground shielding/providing ground mesh in top and bottom of the PCB. ? Reliability of connections ensured in flexi board and manufacturing method. ? Critical supply lines and Bus lines /impedance control lines achieved through proper copper thickness and layer stacking.
