HEAT RESISTING INTERMEDIATE PANEL FOR COLD ITEMS CONTAINER - PRODUCED THROUGH CHARCOAL WASTE OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The need of a cheap and eco-friendly heat resisting panels which can be used for cold items storing containers is the basic idea of this project. The present product is fabricated to be a robust and easy to use whilst not compromising on core objective. The prod uct included special attention on weight reduction and mouldability to suit with any shape of container walls or cold fluids flow lines. The charcoal particles which are the main ingredient are obtained by reusing the charcoal waste of reverse osmosis water treatmen t plants. Synthetic polyester resin is used to bind the charcoal particles to form the heat resisting panel. This present product competes with the existing high cost heat resisting panels on cost and performance basis.
