摘要

The compressor blades made of titanium BT3-1 and BT9 were subject to pickling and chamber furnace heat treatment operation. There was a rejection of compressor blades due to hydrogen pickup during pickling operation. The process of heat treatment in vacuum chamber had been experimented and developed for the removal of hydrogen content from the component. The process was proved and reduced the rejection rate by maintaining the hydrogen content below 150ppm.
